Your Traditional Math PD Isn’t Getting You Results
You’ve tried the one-day workshops, the prepackaged webinars, and the once-a-year speaker who fires everyone up… for about 48 hours.
When it comes to seeing change in student achievement, most math professional development falls flat. Teachers are overwhelmed, training isn’t connected to what they’re teaching, and there’s no follow-up when implementation hits its inevitable first road block.
It’s not a lack of effort or motivation in your school. It’s about giving your team the structure and tools to thrive. They need time, coaching, and a plan that connects directly to your specific school’s math goals.
The Math Learning Lab was built for schools that are done with surface-level PD and ready to invest in something better.

That’s why the Math Learning Lab is structured for long-term school support. No more one and done sessions that teachers can’t fully implement. During the grand opening of the Math Learning Lab, you get access at our lowest pricing ever.

Frequently Asked Questions
What exactly is included in the Math Learning Lab subscription?
Your subscription includes access to all on-demand courses in the Math with Purpose library, customized PD planning through a Math Goal Strategy Call, teacher onboarding materials, live monthly office hours, usage reports, and fresh content added monthly. Each subscription also has access to digital downloads to implement each session including student workbooks, word walls and assessments.
How long does our subscription last?
Subscriptions are valid for 12 months from your start date. Many schools find that meaningful change takes 1–3 years, and we offer renewal options and long-term planning support for multi-year coaching cycles.
Can individual teachers join the Math Learning Lab?
Yes! While this system was created for schools, we do offer limited subscriptions for individual educators. If you're passionate about growing your math practice and want personalized support, book a quick call and we’ll create a custom path to lead you to your student achievement goals.
What if our teachers don’t have time for more PD?
Time is one of the biggest barriers schools face, but the issue isn’t the amount of time. It’s how that time is spent. According to researcher Douglas B Reeves, schools need approximately 30-100 hours of focused, targeted professional development to see real change in student outcomes.

The Math Learning Lab helps schools use that time wisely. Sessions are flexible, bite-sized, and aligned to your specific goals, so nothing feels extra or irrelevant. Whether used during PLCs, PD days, or as self-guided learning, every hour teachers do spend are intentional and aimed at specific goals.
How do you track progress and accountability?
We provide usage reports, survey feedback, and quiz results to help you monitor engagement and growth. These tools align with your school’s SMART goals so you can track what’s working and make data-informed adjustments without micromanaging your staff.
Is this aligned with a specific math curriculum?
The strategies inside the Math Learning Lab are rooted in Singapore-based pedagogy and designed to support strong conceptual teaching in any curriculum. We’ve worked with classical schools, hybrid programs, and schools implementing Singapore Math. We tailor our recommendations based on your model and school’s specific needs.
What does the free initial call include?
The Math Goal Strategy Call is a 30-minute leadership meeting to define your school’s math goals, identify areas for growth, and build a roadmap for aligned PD. You’ll walk away with a written SMART goal plan and customized course recommendations to get started right away.
What if we want in-person or individualized support?
Part of creating your customized PD plan includes considering what your school specifically needs. In-person demonstration lessons or virtual options are available as part of an entire PD package. These dates are available first come, first serve.
